PV500 series solar water pump inverter adopts built-in MPPT technology, and the efficiency is as high as 99%.With water level detection function, automatically adjust the water pump; prevent the flow of main stream, full water level, etc. The FR500 frequency converter is compatible with AC and DC input, and the AC output can be used for various ordinary AC pumps. When there is no solar energy or sunlight is not enough to drive the water pump, the inverter can automatically switch to single-phase or three-phase AC input power, such as generators and grid power.

●Comprehensive voltage level and power range
Support single-phase 220V, three-phase 220V and three-phase 380V water pumps with power from 0.4kW to 110kW;
● Good ease of use
Just connect the photovoltaic panel to the inverter without setting any parameters, and the photovoltaic water pump can be automatically started after power on;
● Multiple protection measures
It has protection functions such as PV overvoltage protection, PV polarity reverse connection alarm, over-temperature automatic derating, etc., which can effectively extend the life of the product;
● Advanced MPPT algorithm
Ensure that the solar power tracking efficiency can reach 99%;
● Boost module
Models of 2.2KW and below can be equipped with a booster module to meet the needs of low-voltage work, which can reduce the configuration of solar panels and reduce user system costs;
● GPRS remote monitoring
Standard RS-485 interface, used for remote monitoring system and
checking parameters at any time;
Optional GPRS module for remote monitoring.
The inverter has overall protection functions (dry running, weak
sunlight, full water level and other self-checking functions),
motor soft start and speed regulation functions, complete
functions, convenient operation and installation; the inverter also
has a remote monitoring function, which can monitor all of the
inverter Operating data and fault information.
● AC/DC switching scheme
The full range of products can realize automatic switching between photovoltaic DC input and grid AC input, meeting 24-hour unattended work;

Solutions
1. Inverter automatically working
When the input DC voltage lower than 230V, the inverter will turn to dormancy.
It will automatically wake up and working once input DC voltage higher than 230V.
2. Dry-run function with three solutions
1) Dry-run function without sensor.
2) Analog sensor detect Water function.
Solar Panel Configure
In the case of not exceeding the maximum input voltage, the greater the power the better, the greater the voltage the better.
① Configure Solar panel power: 1.3 times of Pump’s power.
② Configure Solar panel voltage: recommend panel Voc 360～430VDC for 220V inverter, recommend panel Voc 600～750VDC for 380V inverter.
③ Solar panel output current: solar panel’s Imp> Motor rated current
