a flange-to-flange mounting with a center thru-hole design.Torque
cell FTF offers 100kgf*m / 70kg*m / 50kg-m / 30kg*m / 20kg-m /
10kgf*m / 5kgf*m / 3kg*m / 2 kgf*m / 1kgf*m ten rated
capacities to choose from,high accuracy with 0.2% non-linearity of
the full scale.Torquemeter FTF is capable of meauring torque in
both clockwise and anticlockwise direction,applicable for both
reaction torque measurement and rotating torque
measurement where inserting an extra part between the driving
and driven elements is impracticable,the rotating shaft can pass
through the through hole located at the center of the torque
transducer,which enables measurement of rotating torque without
influence of the rotating speed.Typical applications of Reaction
Torque Meter FTF are for example torque measurement of
pumps,drilling rigs,etc., actuator torque test, stirring torque

Hollow flange reaction torque sensor FTF is a transducer that converts mechanical torque into mV signal proportional to the applied torque.The acting torsion causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the moment can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.The output range of FTF is normally within -20mV...+20mV, signal amplification may be required for most applications, a signal conditioner can be used to get -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output for easy data processing.
