Subminiature load cell FSSQ offers a compact design for a variety of applications. the S
Beam Load Cell series provides accuracy, compact design features,
and five capacity ranges 10N / 20N / 50N / 100N / 200N to
choose from.The jr s-beam load cell FSSQ utilizes metal
foil strain gauge technology to deliver 2.0mV/V output with maximum
0.2% non-linearity of the rated output,the compact design enables
the FSSQ to be easily embedded into machinery or test equipment –
ideal for packaging machinery, assembly machinery or end-of-line
test equipment.The micro force sensor features M2 threaded
holes on two sides for the mounting of attachments or
implements for both tension and compression force measurement
in applications with limited space.In addition to our
standard product portfolio,Forsentek is also capable of and willing to
customize load cell force sensor according to clients' specific
requirements.

Load cell zero output:The output signal of the loadcell with no-load applied,expressed in mV/V or as a percentage of rated output.The zero output is caused by the stress during strain gauge bonding,it can be handled during calibration or signal processing without affecting the measurement accuracy.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output is normally within 1mV/V~3mV/V.
Power supply is normally within 3-15V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the load cell output signal is normally within
0-45mV(-45mV...+45mV for bidirectional load cell).
Example one: 2.0mV/V load cell with 10V power supply,the output
range is 0~20mV (-20mV...+20mV for bidirectional sensor).
Example two: 1.0mV/V load cell with 5V power supply,the output
range is 0~5mV (-5mV...+5mV for bidirectional sensor).
Load cell + Signal amplifier:
Load cell normally outputs -30mV...+30mV which sometimes cannot be
recognized by signal processing units directly,so signal
conditioner is introduced to convert mV signal into
0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA for easy signal processing.
Example: 10kg compression load cell working with 0-10V
amplifier,the load-output relationship will be 0-10kg load VS 0-10V
output,it is linear within the error range.
Load cell + Digital indicator
Digital indicator can work directly with load cell without signal
amplifier,here are some functions from the indicator:
-Display force value in real time
-Peak holding to grab the maximum force during testing
-RS485 or RS232 interface
-0-5V/0-10V/4-20mA analog output
-Switch output
