Chinese Herbal Medicine Tetrahydropalmatine Powder Corydalis Tuber Extract
Rhizoma Corydalis Yanhusuo is a species of genus Corydalis,which is perennial,Tuber yellow, rounded, (0.5-)1-2.5 cm in diam. Stems erect, 10-30 cm, with 1 or sometimes 2 scale leaves.
The alkaloid dehydrocorybulbine (DHCB), extracted from the roots of the plant, can be helpful in reducing neuropathic pain. Tetrahydropalmatine is a major constituent alkaloid which also has analgesic activity.This species is an important herb in traditional Chinese medicine.

Function of Corydalis Tuber Extract
1.Tetrahydropalmatine has the protective effect on liver injury
induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.
2.Tetrahydropalmatine have analgesia and sedative-hypnotic
activity, can depress the chtonic persistent pain and splanchna
dull pain.
3.Tetrahydropalmatine has effect of promoting blood circulation to
remove blood stasis and promoting circulation of qi to relieve
pain.
4.Tetrahydropalmatine is often used for hypochondriac pain due to
stagnation of the liver-qi, stomachache due to stagnation of the
stomach-qi, hernial pain.
