My ice machine is white rather than stainless steel but it is stainless steel in product picture. Why?
Answer:
Upon delivery, It is white. There is thin film applied to the front to protect the stainless steel. I pulled it off
to reveal the stainless steel.

Is the size of ice available to change small or large?
Answer:
it can be changed according to the timer set so to some extent,the size of ice is adjustable but not be defined as small or large.

Question:
Does the ice stay frozen in the bin or do you have to put it in a different freezer?
Answer:
You must put it in a different freezer if it is full. Its bin only support 140kg ice storage in its freezer itself.
