Introduction

 

GXPS800 series sputtered film pressure transmitter is a high temperature, large range, high precision products. Widely used in gas, liquid pressure detection, such as water, oil, mild corrosive liquids and gases.

Sputtered film core refers to the use of chemical methods, in the core body on the elastic body by chemical methods, sputtering a layer of insulator, followed sputtering on the use of a set of measurements on the insulator thin metal Wheatstone bridge and temperature compensating resistors, and finally covered with a layer of insulating material above the metal film resistor. When the core body by pressure elastomer deformation occurs in the elastic body, a metal thin film, a sputtering Wheatstone bridge along with the deformation occurs to produce a linear output.
