Description:

leakage, the arc caused by electrical short-circuit or due to the discharge of the material Electric

The tracking test is a destructive test of the insulation material used to simulate and assess the

relative tracking resistance of an insulator during an electric field and the presence of water

containing impurities at a specified voltage.

For electrical and electronic products, household appliances, solid electrical insulating materials

and their products, such as: relay sockets, switch cover, contactor body, etc.. 

Standard:

in line with international GB/T 4207 and GB/T 4706.1 standards in the "tracking test method"

requirement.

Function:

the use of rectangular platinum electrode, the force on the sample of the two poles were 1.0 ±

0.05N.

The applied voltage can be adjusted between 100 ~600V (48 ~ 60Hz). When the short circuit

current is 1.0 ± 0.1A, the voltage drop will not exceed 10%.

When the short circuit current is equal to or greater than 0.5A, Relay action, cut off the current,

indicating the test sample failed. Drop device can make drip height of 30 ~ 40mm adjustable,

drip size of 44 to 55 drops / cm ³.

Dropping time interval 30 ± 5 seconds adjustable.
