Flake ice is a kind of irregular ice with size about 40*40 mm and thickness around 1-2 mm.

The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing refrigerated materials.

Besides, flake ice has no acute edges and corners so it will not damage the surface of cooled object.

With large contact area and fast cooling speed, flake ice can realize high efficiency cooling effects.
