The seawater flake ice machine adopts the production way of using
the sea water directly to make ice on the fishing boat. But the
real situation restrict the normal operation of the seawater flake
ice machine such as seawater corrosion,ship shaking,long-time
sailing and the unpredictable weather.
Through studying the world markets conditions,the climate and the
sea area's differences and after repeated experiments and
researches, High-Giant company developed its own flake ice machine
producing technology which applicable to the large marines.The
seawater flake ice machine produced by High-Giant can be applied to
a variety of different models of ocean fishing vessel.
Flake ice machine characteristics
1. The material of the flake ice machine is 304/316 stainless steel
with the stainless steel spiral ice blade,which ensures itoperating
steady even under hostile environment.
2. Using the ship's own power and adopts special compressor makes
the seawater flake ice machine safety,energy saving and efficiency.
Its life period can reach to approximately 15years.
3. The ice maker applies PLC automatic control and all-automatic
monitor,no need of personal operating,greatly saved labor cost.

Standard operating condition:
1. Ambient temperature 23°C; Water temperature:15°C. The production capacities will be increase 10% when the ambient
temperature and water temperature falls about 5°C.
2. Cooling equipment working condition: evaporator temperature -23°Condenser temperature 40°C.
3. Voltage: 380V/3PH/50Hz (Special voltage by confirm before quote)
4. Flake ice thickness::1.5-2.6mm, ice of temperature is -8°C.
5. Water supply pressure: 0.1Mpa-0.3Mpa.
