Submerged electromagnetic pulse valve is submerged pulse valve air
bags of an electromagnetic pulse valve, submerged electromagnetic
pulse valve seat inserts installed in the gas bag, small
resistance, good liquidity, high injection quantity, increase the
amount of load to drive, enlarged the scope of the use of air
pressure, the submerged pulse valve air pressure is more suitable
for wider applications.
The compressed air "switch" of the pulsed bag dust remover system
with submerged electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled by the
output signal of the pulsed jet control instrument. The dust
remover is sprayed on the filter bag row by row (chamber) to keep
the pressure of the bag dust remover within the set range to ensure
the processing capacity and dust removal efficiency of the dust
remover.

B: the intubation tube submerged pulse valve is the diaphragm that
divides the pulse valve into the front and rear Chambers. When the
compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear
chamber through the air hole. At this time, the pressure in the
rear air chamber will press the diaphragm against the air outlet of
the valve, and the pulse valve is in the closed state.
Installation:
1. Check whether the components are damaged during transportation
before use.
2. Before installation, clean up the sundries in the air supply
pipeline through ventilation. Pay attention to the direction of gas
flow and whether the connection pipe is correct during
installation.
3. All o-rings shall be lubricated with suitable lubricant during
installation.
4. There are three pins in the solenoid pulse valve coil, and it is
equipped with a special plug. One of the pins with the "" symbol is
the ground pin, and the user can decide whether to ground or not
according to needs. (in general, it is not grounded when the
voltage is less than 36V, and it should be grounded when the
voltage is greater than 36V.) The other two are coil power pins,
which are respectively connected with the terminals corresponding
to the sequence of the pulse injection controller and the terminals
with the common line of the valve. Note whether the voltage meets
the requirements.
The capacity of the air separator shall meet the requirements of
providing a stable air source for the electromagnetic pulse valve.
The inner wall of the air separator shall be clean and free from
rust and other sundries. The air separator shall be free from
leakage and shall meet all safety requirements.
6. The valve is connected to the gas bag and blowing tube seal
suitable temperature for - 10 ℃ ~ 70 ℃. For high temperature seals,
please specify when ordering.
