904L Stainless Steel comes with Specifications such as SS 904L, UNS N08904, E.N 1.4539, JIS SUS 904L, SIS 2367, BSI 316S13, AISI 904L, WNR 1.4539. SS 904L is also known as Alloy 904l, Steel 904l, AISI 904L, INOX 904L, SUS 904L.
Material: 904L(UNS:NO8904,EN:1.4539,00Cr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu).
Superior corrosion resistance in the non-oxidizing acid such as sulfuric acid, acetic acid, formic acid, phosphoric acid
Good corrosion resistance in a neutral medium chlorine ion environment
Very good pitting resistance, good resistance to crevice corrosion and stress corrosion.
Can be used in various concentration of sulfuric acid under 70℃.

Features:
410/430 stainless steel wire mesh has good thermal conductive performance than austenitic stainless steel series. Its thermal expansion coefficient is smaller than austenitic. Resistant to thermal fatigue, add the stable element titanium, mechanical performance of welded parts is good.
With magnetism, is also called magnetic stainless steel wire mesh, stainless iron wire mesh, magnetic stainless iron wire mesh.
Applications:
Petroleum, petrochemical equipment, such as the reactor of petrochemical equipment;
Sulfuric acid storage and transportation equipment, such as heat exchangers;
Power plant flue gas desulfurization device;
Scrubber and fan in the organic acid processing system;
Water treatment plant, water heat exchanger, papermaking equipment, sulfuric acid, nitric acid equipment, acid, pharmaceutical industry and other chemical equipment, pressure vessel, food equipment.
Specifications:
Plain weave can be woven up to 400 mesh.
Twill weave can be woven from 30 to 635mesh.
Dutch weave can be woven up to 3100mesh
