Huituo multi-functional packaging line for cosmetics, including bottle filling machine, inner cap-pressing machine, which is compact and flexible, and it is super convenient to change production. The filling machine is suitable for various filling materials ( toner, lotion and cream etc.) in cosmetics, and high-foam products can be submerged to the bottom of the bottle for filling.

This filling machine consists of four main parts: bottle conveyor + filling measurement + COP (clean out of place) + electrical control. It uses piston-type volume measurement and PLC servo precision drive.

The filling nozzle is designed for the characteristics of cosmetic products and adopts an advanced non-drip anti-drawing structure design. Each filling nozzle is internally sealed by a long and thin sealing rod, and the sealing rod is internally sealed by the air cylinder. Quick snap-in connection is for easy daily maintenance operations such as cleaning.

This filling machine adopts advanced filling mouth anti-collision self-protection function. Once the filling nozzle is incorrectly inserted into the bottle, or when it collides with other objects, the filling nozzle can be automatically disengaged from the mounting seat, and the entire filling nozzle will stop falling or rise rapidly to avoid damage or injury to the filling nozzle.

The cap-pressing is mainly composed of bottle conveying mechanism + capping and other parts+cap elevator and unscrambler.

The bottle-in screw is processed by contour design; Precise and fast bottle feeding; Gentle movements, no damage to bottle;

It is to arrange the disorderly cap regularly by the vibrating principle. The cap is outputted from the cover channel in an orderly manner, and the capping machine is grasped by the distribution plate.
