Notes on Installation
- **Installation**: The cable must be laid into the basket in a
counter-clockwise direction. Detailed installation instructions are

Design Features
- **Conductor**: Made from bare electrolytic copper, extremely fine
stranded (class FS).
- **Insulation**: Special EPR compound based on type 3GI3 according
to DIN VDE 0207, suitable for ambient temperatures down to -40°C.
- **Core Identification**: Light-colored insulation with black
printed numbers for optimal identification, and a green/yellow
protective earth conductor.
- **Individual Screen**: Braid screen made of tinned copper wires
with optimized transfer impedance at 30 MHz. Coverage is at least
60% for shielded cores and at least 80% for twisted pairs.
- **Core Arrangement**: Cores are laid-up into bundles, and these
bundles are laid-up around a central support element.
- **Support Element**: Aramide threads woven around lead ball
cords, arranged centrally. The breaking load is rated to provide a
safety factor of 5 when the cable is suspended vertically for 50
meters. For larger cross-sections and higher numbers of cores, the
support element is a round rubber filler with Aramide threads.
- **Outer Sheath**: Made from a special PUR compound.
