Automatic KF94 Korea mask making machine with PLC control system
Machine brief introduction
The machine is designed to the produce of the fish type masks:
after being fed into the machine, the entire roll of cloth is
unrolled through roller drive and then the edge of the cloth is
weld. Then, the nose wire coil is unpacked, cut, automatically
folded, and welded. After being cut and formed, the masks are
conveyed to ear-loop welding post to be welded. The finished masks
are conveyed through conveyor belt for collection.
Product Performance
1. The machine adopts ultrasonic melting technology and the
operation needs one staff only.
2. The production process, including material feeding, nose wire
inserting, edge welding, and product cutting, is fully automatic.
3. The framework structure of the machine is aluminum, which
enables rust-free, durable, attractive and easy to clean.
4. The machine adopts PLC control system and is equipped with
pneumatic components of international brands.
