The alliance members of Ever-King Packaging have high-end bottle production lines and international advanced Pure Oxygen Combustion Furnace for Glass. Also we have 2 European advanced Automatic Four-Color Printing Machines. All this enables us to manufacture 230 million bottles each year and have processing technology of polishing, carving, frosting, spray painting, nanometre spraying and printing.

Up to now, we have got 112 patents which include 12 invention patents, 47 utility patents and 53 appearance patents. Every year Ever-King Packaging have the production capacity of 193 million plastic caps, 75 million alumina caps, 80 million high-end aluminium caps, 300 million aluminium caps, 12 million kirsite caps with lock catch as well as labels, and 60 million TPE stoppers.

3. FAQ

1. Can you offer sample for quality checking?

Samples can be provided as your requirements.

2. Could you accept customized ?

Yes. Customized designs, materials, sizes, colors, etc. Artwork will be needed. We will protect the customers' designs, brands, trademarks carefully.

3. What about the lead time?

Usually it will take 25-30 working days for normal container load quantity order. For some items which are very similar as our main products and small quantity order, leadtime can be just 7-15 days.

4. What do you need to provide a quote?

A: Decoration description, such as color on top and side, artwork etc. 

B: Order quantity per patch and per year.

C: Trade terms, such as You need FOB price or CIF price, if CIF, please tell us the destination port. (Please be noted that these are essential for our quoting. We couldn't quote the specific price without any of them)

5. What will you do for after sales?

If need, we can send our engineer to be on site to assist setting up the capper machine. Any feedback or questions are welcome, our engineer can answer your questions or have conference call to communicate
