150~500V DC 20kW EV Charging Module


DCM50050 charging module is the core of EV chargers, using the latest optimized hardware design, combined with advanced control algorithms and advanced manufacturing techniques, developed specifically for EV charging stations. It can satisfy almost all EV charging request, with  excellent low voltage constant current capacity, high efficiency over the entire weight of the power range, high temperature range and lower limit standby power consumption advantages. . It makes charging system running safe, reliable, economical and highly adaptive to the environment.
 
Features

 

1.Low standby loss, minimal power consumption is less than 8W.
2.Excellent low voltage constant current capacity, the maximum output current of 50A.
3.At high temperature, humidity, high performance and reliable protection under salt spray and other harsh environment, reducing operating costs.
4.-40 ° C~ + 75 ° C wide temperature range, -30 ° C~ + 50 ° C at full load, higher than industrial products 5 ℃.

Functions

 

1.Burst active intelligence and high-rate discharge bleeder circuit technology to improve port security, the charging efficiency as high as 96.3%,         greatly reducing the depreciation of equipment, durable and reliable, more environmentally friendly.
2.150VDC-500VDC a wide output voltage range for most models EV charging request, the latest active power factor correction (the APFC), to         reduce the harmonic interference to the power grid, which is above the industry standard.

4.Hot-swappable, easy to install and use, having a plurality of overvoltage, undervoltage protection, and having an output short circuit, and               overheating of the air channel anomaly detection.​
