PCB OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative) line is a specialized surface treatment process used in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing. Its primary purpose is to apply a thin organic layer to exposed copper surfaces on the PCB. This layer protects the copper from oxidation and maintains solderability until the PCB is assembled.
