Anti-static cloth fabric is made of conductive fiber,there is several styles like 5MM strip, 5MM grid and 2.5MM grid. It's mainly used in the production of dust-proof clothing, anti-static clothing, anti-static mask, anti-static glove, anti-static shoe and shoe cover. The fabric is 1.5m wide, surface resistance 10^6Ω-10^9Ω, available for class 10-100 cleanroom. There are four types,
1)98% polyester and 2% conductive yarn;
2)anti-static TC fabric 63% polyester + 35% cotton + 2% conductive yarn;
3)antistatic TR fabric;
4)antistatic CVC fabric.
Different type fabrics adapt to the requirements of different anti-static or cleanroom environment. Widely used in microelectronics, optical electronics, precision instruments, and aerospace which are more sensitive to static electricity and have higher requirements in clearnoom.
Anti-static Clothing Fabric Use:
For making antistaitc clothing, workwear, and other garment accessories, such as ESD bag, ESD cap, ESD Facemask, ESD Shoe cover and so on to protect sensitive components from harmful static charges.
Cleanroom ESD Fabric Features:
1) It is also called "conductive silk", and it adopts the special
polyester filament and high quality conductive yarns
2) This fabric can be used for sewing kinds of antistatic
functional garments, such as coverall, suit, jacket, caps, boots
and etc.
3) Excellent conductivity and available in all colors, included sky
blue,dark blue, pink, white, yellow, green and grey.
4) It is designed for Class 1000 cleanrooms and higher.
5) It has wide applications in electronics, medicals, biology,
optics, spaceflight industries etc
6) It meets ESD standards, system resistance 106-109ohmsm
7) It is one of the most economic fabrics for static control and
dust free solutions.
