【Low heat and low losses】This diode high current board provides a
way to lower losses. Ordinary diodes have large heat loss under
high power, while our diodes have small heat dissipation
requirements. In high power applications, we can provide

【Fast response】Input and output are equivalent to diodes. When it
is detected that the output voltage is greater than the input, the
output will be turned off. The detection value is millivolt level,
and the response speed is very fast.
【Working parameters】The working voltage is 30-150V, and the maximum
working current is 300A. It uses N-channel MOSFETs instead of
diodes to reduce power consumption. Use super powerful current low
ESR MOS tube, 300A, 1.5 milliohms.

and negative poles are connected reversely, the module will not be
burned, which improves the safety of installation;
2. An ideal diode is a diode with ultra-low internal resistance as
the name implies. The conduction voltage drop of an ordinary diode
is more than 0.6V.
The conduction voltage drop of an ideal diode is almost negligible.
3. The copper foil layer and aluminum base layer of the aluminum
substrate PCB trace are insulated with a withstand voltage of
1000V, so there is no need to worry about breakdown problems.
Thermal conductivity is 20 times faster than FR4 glass fiber and
can be directly attached to large heat sinks.
4. This ideal diode module cannot be used in rectifier circuits!
