An active balancer just balances your batteries, shovels energy from a cell with higher voltage to one with lower voltage. Over time, your pack will be perfectly balanced.

 

The balancer is equipped with a manual switch for sleep mode, where the current consumption in sleep mode is less than 0.1mA. The accuracy of the balancing voltage is better than 5mV! The quiescent current of the balancer is approximately 12 mA.

It is recommended to use the balancer for battery capacities in the range of 60-300 Ah. The balancer is equipped with undervoltage protection, which automatically stops the power supply when the voltage is lower than 3.0V. Standby power consumption is less than 0.1mA.
