0.04-2.30mm polyurethane enamelled wire U0 for solderable material Thermal class 130
UEW is a type of enamelled wire that uses polyurethane as the
insulating material. Compared to traditional polyimide or
polyurethane insulated enameled wire, UEW has the following
characteristics:
1. It is suitable for high-temperature applications such as
motors and transformers.
Excellent insulating properties. The UEW has an insulation
thickness of up to 0.05-0.5mm, which can be reliably insulated at
higher voltage and current conditions, greatly reducing the risk of
short circuits.
2. Good mechanical properties. UEW combines high tensile
strength and flexibility to withstand a wide range of mechanical
stresses during the manufacturing of motor stator windings.
