Hydraulic Lifting System: Equipped with a hydraulic lifting mechanism, the emulsifier allows effortless adjustment of the mixing vessel's height. This feature facilitates convenient access for loading and unloading materials.
Bottom Homogeneous Mixing: The emulsifier employs a bottom mixing technique, with mixing blades positioned at the vessel's base. This configuration ensures efficient blending and homogenization, resulting in a uniform product texture and composition.
Vacuum System: The emulsifier is equipped with a vacuum system that creates a controlled vacuum environment within the mixing vessel. This feature aids in the removal of air bubbles and minimizes oxidation, enhancing the stability and quality of the end products.
Emulsifying and Mixing Blades: Specially designed blades are incorporated into the emulsifier to facilitate emulsification, mixing, and dispersion of ingredients. These blades generate high shear forces, effectively breaking down particles and achieving a consistent distribution of components.
Temperature Control: The emulsifier features a precise temperature control system, including heating and cooling capabilities. This ensures optimal temperature conditions during the emulsification process, crucial for maintaining product stability and integrity.
Working Principle
The materials in the water-phase tank and oil-phase tank are heated
up and stirred. After they are thoroughly mixed, they will be
transferred to the emulsifying tank by vacuum pump. The material
will be stirred by the upper part of the central paddle, combined
with the PTFE scraper sweeping the wall, the material will be
stirred thoroughly and meanwhile be pushed down to the emulsifier
at the low part of the central axle. With very high speed
emulsifying effect, the material will be seriously cut, sheared,
and cracked into 200nm - 2um particles. The bubbles appear during
the process will be sucked out promptly in the vacuum status in the
tank.
