OVF30 inverter is an inverter equipped in the 300VF control system
of early OTIS elevators. Due to its long service life (at least 10
years), the probability of damage to the ABA26800XU1 (or XU2) board
in the inverter is relatively high. I have repaired it. There are
also a lot of frequency converters. Now I will share with you the
faults that are easy to damage and not easy to find. If there are
any shortcomings, please point out.
Fault 1: The power on is normal, the main board of the inverter
displays X04A, and the maintenance is started. The UDX light on
this board keeps on and off, and the UDX relay keeps pulling and
closing, and the BRK light is not on.
Fault point: This fault is generally caused by a problem with the
IGBT drive signal circuit to the drive board, generally caused by
the increase in the resistance value of R118-R124=499 ohm
resistors, and the problem can be solved by replacing the bad
resistors.
