Hydraulic filter element is used in the hydraulic system to filter out the particles and rubber impurities in the system to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.
Peculiarity
1, divided into high pressure section, medium pressure section, oil
return section and oil absorption section.
2, divided into high, middle and low precision grade. 2-5um is high
precision, 10-15um is medium precision, and 15-25um is low
precision.
3. In order to compress the finished shape size of the filter
element and increase the filtration area, the general filter layer
is folded into a corrugated shape, and the pleating height of the
hydraulic filter element is generally below 20㎜
4, the hydraulic filter pressure difference is generally
0.35-0.4MPa, but individual special filter, require to withstand
high pressure difference, the highest requirement to withstand
32MPa, even 42MPa equivalent to system pressure.
