The shipping cost for one sample with rim assembled and battery is
about 80-250USD.(according to the items you choosed)
We can give sample cost refund when you order in batch after the
sample testing.
Will be more quantity if you dont need the rims and spokes
assembled.

The others--1 year
You only need to send us the video or pic to show the problem and
the series number ,we will ship the new one or the repair
parts together with the next shippment. Also will be post by air if
need urgent!
Accordning to your experience , the defective pecentage is only
about 1‰.

You are welcome to send OEM and ODM request to make your products

--Yes .
2.Do you have stocks for a quick order?
--We only have some for the spare parts like throttle and brakes
Cause the controller and Motor belongs to the OEM products,
different customers have the different request.
3.What is the estimate prepare time?
Motors: 3-15 days .
Battery /Controllers: 20-35 days.
Other spare parts: 10-20 days.
4.Do you provide any OEM?
Yes, we can design motor for some special request.
