Application

Our enclosures and thermal management systems protect and maintain your panels, even in the most severe environments. They ensure reliable operation and help customers to achieve optimal productivity.The enclosure are used mounting and protection hardware for electrical equipment and machine control applications.
Wall-Mount Enclosures are made of steel for long lasting durability. Flush-mount enclosures provide mounting frame that extends completely around enclosure for user convenience.

Material:

Enclosure: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 800 then 1.5mm
Door: sheet steel 1.2mm till height 600 then 1.5mm
Mounting plate:1.5mm till height 800 then 2.0mm

Finish

Cover and enclosure are phosphatized and finished with a recoatable powder inside and out with choice of RAL7032 or RAL7035 textured light gray

Construction

Formed 1.2mm steel.
Smooth, continuously welded seams ground smooth.
Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity - designed to also permit additional mounting options.
Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.
Door latches feature the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.
Doors may be easily removed for modifications and are interchangeable.
Seamless poured-in place gasket.
Collar studs provided for mounting plate
Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for wall mounting holes.
Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.
turn latch and multi-point handle (key lockable) are zinc diecast with epoxy finish.
