Product Overview
Double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is the newest dryer which combines
mixing and drying functions. By matching the condenser, vacuum pump
and dryer, a vacuum dryer unit is formed. (if there is no
solvent recovery, condenser can be removed). This dryer is of
develop design, simple inner structure and easy of cleaning,
complete discharging of materials and easy of operation. It can
reduce the labor strength and improve the workplace conditions.
Meanwhile, because of the rotary motion, there is no accumulation
of materials on the wall, so the heat transfer coefficient is high
and drying rate is large, which can save the energy and make the
materials drying evenly and of good quality.
It is widely used in the material drying in pharmacy, chemical,
food, dye, etc. And meet the requirement of [GMP".
Suitable materials
For the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries of
powder, granular and fiber concentration, mixing, drying and
low-temperature drying materials (such as biochemical products,
etc. ). It is more suitable for the drying of materials that are
easy to oxidize, volatile, heat-sensitive, intensely stimulating,
toxic materials and materials that are not allowed to destroy
crystals.

Performance characteristics
1 oil heating. Using automatic temperature control. Can be dried
biochemical products
2 and mineral raw materials, the temperature can be between 20
~ 160 o C.
3 High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than
normal oven.
4 Indirect heating. The material will not be contaminated and meet
the "GMP" requirements. Equipment maintenance is simple and easy to
clean.
