Main structure: Usually, the tanks including main body, compartment, walk way, stairs, gurad rail, drain gate, man hole, fittings,etc.The pipelines for cable, etc.
Installation: Find out even ground for convenient handle and set
up. Minimize the environment effect on tank performance. Put tanks
in order according to practical demand based on our layout
instruction. Please pay more attention on different tanks function
and order as well as the seal and connection between tanks.

Warning: Mud tanks play important role in solids control system during well drilling. If any leakage please inspect all pipe fittings, connections and drain gate at once. Find out the reason as early as possible and do related repairing. If we can't confirm the reason please contact Aipu freely we'll give you solutions at soonest.
Legal operation: All tanks will be welded with lifting holes. The certain holes designed with sufficient reliability and balance. During practical operation they are safe please pay attention on lifting holes with mark. Do all the process according to warnings prevent any danger or trouble. Considering operators safety please all workers put on the safety cap make sure no fallings from tank.
Maintenance: The tanks made by Aipu adopted high quality national
standard steel. Essentially assure the quality. Professional
maintenance will lead tanks long life and good performance.We will
do the sand blasting before painting very carefully. The paintings
layers including 2-primary, 2-medium, 1-finish. Anyhow, please
clean the tanks completely when stop operating it otherwise the
drilling fluid will fill up and too hard to clean out.
If we don't clean tanks fully the internal content may abrase tank wall since main mud are chemicals. It's very necessary to clean tanks deeply don't keep anything blocked at drain gates or valves.
1. There is a drill pit at each side of drilling hole, a set of vertical slurry pump will set on top of mud pit for feeding shale shaker. The shale shaker screen will separate drilling cuttings and discharge out, fluids part will drop into sand trap through screen hole.
2. 1 or 2 or 3 sets of desander cyclone sit after shale shaker, one
set of centrifugal pump will feed desander cyclong for second phase
separation, solids out of desander will be discharge to shaker
screen or cutting box directly and fluids over flow from desander
will flow into desander compartment.
3. A quantity of desilter cyclones will sit after desander for fine
solids separation, solids out of desilter will discharge to shaker
screen or cuttings box, fluids over from desilter will drop into
desilter compartment.
4. A mixing pump sit on tank skid for drilling mud transfer and
feed mud into mud hopper for new mud remix by new chemicals. The
mixing hopper can sit on top of tank or tank skid as per client’s
demand.
Mud reclaiming recycling mixing system is designed for mud recycling of trenchless. Such as tunneling shield, HDD, and pilings. It can help reduce costs and improve construction efficiency significantly.
The whole system consists of a mud recovery treatment unit and a
mud preparation unit.
Before construction, using mud mixing device to blend freshwater
with mud material, achieving the purpose of mud preparation;
Using a mud pump to supply the prepared slurry to the wellhead;
Return of waste mud from the wellhead is pumped to the shale shaker
in the mud treatment unit, and the waste mud is removed through the
mud shale shaker to remove a large amount of the waste solid
particles. The treated slurry liquid will continue to be supplied
to mud cleaner through the sand pump, after treatment the liquid
can meet user requirements. Because after this system treated,
solid particles content in the slurry liquid is 75 microns.
