Product Introduction

Decanter centrifuge are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system.oilfield Decanting Centrifuge are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids. Additionally, high G-forces separate fine solids from liquid.

Precision and quality of parts manufacturing directly affect centrifuge’s solid phase separation effect and service life. Bowl is made of a cylindrical cylinder and a conical cylinder. Cylindrical cylinder for solid phase subsidence area, meanwhile conical cylinder for dehydration area. There are eight overflow openings in the big end plate of the bowl. And adjustable overflow plate on overflow hole, which adjusts depth of the liquid level inside cylinder by changing the different positions of the baffle, so as to realize different separation effect.

Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.

Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
