BunnyMag Body Fluids Microbial cfDNA Isolation Kit for Genetic Diagnostic uses magnetic beads with a unique separation function and a unique buffer system. It is applicable for microbial DNA extraction from a variety of biological fluid samples (such as alveolar lavage, sputum, cerebrospinal fluid, etc.) & swab samples, and is compatible with host removal samples.

Methodology

Macro-genome next-generation sequencing (mNGS):the entire microbial composition of the collected samples was analyzed using high-throughput sequencing technology.
