Inconel Series

Inconel 625 is a nickel based alloy with excellent performance, including excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature stability, and mechanical strength. It is widely used in aerospace, energy, chemical and other fields.

Product Information

1. Inconel 625 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance, and its corrosion rate is very low in both marine and non marine environments. It can resist the corrosion of seawater and various salt solutions, and has good resistance to the corrosion of chemical substances such as nitric acid and phosphoric acid.

2. Inconel 625 also exhibits good high-temperature stability, maintaining good tensile and fatigue properties at temperatures up to 950 ℃.

3. According to different needs, various specifications can be produced, including cold rolled thin plates (thickness 4mm-5mm), hot rolled plates (thickness 4mm-14mm), bars (diameter 8mm-300mm), and pipes (diameter 6mm-150mm).

4. According to different application fields and requirements, the surface treatment of Inconel 625 products varies. Bars are usually supplied after polishing or turning treatment, while plates are supplied after solid solution pickling and trimming, while pipes are supplied in a solid solution pickling or bright annealing state.

 

Production Process

1. Raw Material Preparation: High-quality nickel alloy raw materials are selected to ensure stable material composition and quality.

2. Melting and Alloying: Vacuum induction melting technology is utilized to control the alloy composition, with the addition of appropriate alloying elements for alloying.

3. Billet Preparation: The molten alloy is cast into ingots, which are processed into suitable rod billets through hot rolling or hot extrusion.

4. Finishing Processing: The rod billets undergo finishing processing, such as rolling and drawing, to adjust the diameter and surface roughness of the rods.

5. Heat Treatment: Suitable heat treatment processes are conducted to enhance the alloy's mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

6. Surface Treatment: Surface polishing, acid cleaning, and other treatments are applied to improve the surface finish and overall aesthetics of the products.

7. Quality Inspection: Stringent quality inspections are carried out according to international standards to ensure that the products meet the specified performance requirements of customers.
