Basic Info

In this automatic planar face mask machine, the elastic is used for
the ear band. 3 ~ 5layers of non-woven fabrics are pasted together
by the ultrasonic technology, and processes, including the
nose-bridge bar inserting, the face-mask sheet cutting and the ear
band welding, are all completed automatically. The working
efficiency is high.

The machine is composed of fabrics feeder, ear band forming unit,
the wrinkling & forming mechanism, the nose-bridge bar feeder
and the ultrasonic welding & cutting unit, and processes,
including the nose-bridge bar inserting, the face-mask sheet
forming, the ear band forming, the ear band welding and the
counting, etc. are all completed automatically.
