Please print in the following order when the ink wheel printer
starts up:
1. Start up and preheat for 5-10 minutes, and work when the
temperature reaches about 100℃.
2. Turn on the control switch and operation switch of the coder,
and then print a single sheet to check whether the signal of the
photoelectric switch is normal.
3. When the photoelectric switch senses once, it should make the
printing wheel rotate once (i.e. printing once), and the counter
also counts once before it is normal.
4. Adjust the printing wheel and printing wheel to an appropriate
contact depth of about 0.05-0.01mm.
5. Adjust the printing wheel and ink wheel to an appropriate
contact depth of about 0.05-0.10 mm.
6. It is most appropriate to adjust the diffuse knob between 6-8
scale values.
7. When the above steps are correct, printing can be started.
