b) If the lamp doesn't work within warranty, please contact us and get our detailed address to send it back to us first and then a new one will be offered to you free after we get the return one. And the buyer and seller pay shipping cost by himself.

c) All man-made damage is outside the free warranty.

Warranty Details:

Original modules are covered by a 3 months warranty period.

Original bulb with housing modules are covered by a 6 months warranty period

Projector lamp modules are covered by a 6 months warranty period,

Original bulbs are covered by a 4 months warranty period

Compatible bulbs are covered by a 4 months warranty period.

If your projector lamp fails within this period please contact us. ote that we will require the details of the failure to make sure that the lamp is indeed faulty because not all failures will be related to the projector lamp.
