PFM (porcelain fused to metal) is a traditional product for
dentistry. It has been popular in the last few decades. Especially
gold based alloy PFM crowns, with its good fitness, great strength,
tooth colored porcelain, easy to wear, gold PFM has been leading
the trend.
The gold alloy we use for PFM crowns are not purely gold, as pure
gold is too soft for dental crowns. alloys put together can be
silver, platinium, palladium etc. Compared to non precious alloy, gold alloys are softer,
easy to correct by chairside, they are more yellow, so porcelain
could come in better color. They are also more biocompatibiliable. But more expensive in price.
This gold crown, inlay, onlay product is made without porcelain on top, requires less preparation and traditional dental solution.

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. We speak English and Chinese.
2. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Chinese holidays.
3. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
4. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
6. Warranty: We provide one year warranty to our products.
How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case: |
a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
