Note on the servo feeder:
1. The electrical equipment works under normal voltage. If the
voltage is constantly changing, the life of the electrical
components will be seriously shortened and the failure rate will
increase sharply. The electrical components should be guaranteed to
work in a dry environment, such as damp. Continue to work after
drying. Exposed lines should be checked for insulation frequently
to avoid leakage accidents.
2. This machine must not be overloaded. The operator at the production site must
operate in accordance with the instructions in this instruction
manual. In particular, it is necessary to master the essentials and
safety when loading. It must be supervised by the person in charge.
If there is any abnormal situation, the press must be stopped
immediately. .
In the automatic operation state, the servo feeder belt is controlled by the sensing device. In the manual state, the
forward and reverse rotation actions can control the advance and
retreat of the material.
3. The linear guide and the ball screw of the yaw unit are
precision components, and it is strictly forbidden to knock and
collide. Also check for loose screws and lubricated oil before work
every day.
