When the stamping automatic production line processes the sheet, in
most cases, the continuous sheet is not cut after punching. The
traditional method is to manually cut the scrap and then pile it up
and then dispose it as garbage, which not only causes the stamping
workshop. Dirty, affecting normal production, but also greatly
increased the labor intensity of operators and reduced economic
benefits.
Ruihui Machinery specializes in customizing a heavy-duty material rack for winding
customers. It adds a tensioning device consisting of a guide rod, a
reciprocating screw, a torque motor and a control box to the
standard heavy-duty material frame to tension the punching machine.
The coils sent out from the discharge port ensure that the scrap is
evenly and tidy.
The reciprocating screw of the customized heavy-duty material frame
is directly connected with the torque motor, and the control
electric box regulates the motor torque. When the winding diameter
of the material holder tray is increased, the torque provided by
the torque motor can be adjusted by the torque control. Winding
constant tension ensures that the waste is always tightly tensioned
to ensure uniform waste.
When the Ruihui custom-made heavy-duty material frame is actually
used, the material frame reciprocating screw moves under the
driving of the torque motor, and the cut scrap is guided by the
guide rod and wound on the material holder tray.
At the same time, the reciprocating screw is driven by the motor to
perform left-right translational movement and to drive the guide
rod to translate left and right, so that the waste is evenly wound
around the material holder tray, and four more than the standard
heavy-duty material holder. The mobile casters can be changed at
any time according to the actual production needs to meet the needs
of diversified receipts.
