Precision Coil Handling System
NC servo feeder: Also known as CNC feeder, NC feeder, it is a model
that uses a full CNC system (Mitsubishi PLC, Mitsubishi servo motor
and 7-inch touch screen) to drive the feeding roller to achieve
precise feeding.
The setting of the feeding parameters (length, speed, number of
times) can be easily set on the touch screen, the feeding length is
not limited, and the multi-stage feeder can be used.
Ruihui NC servo feeder is the punching machine with the widest application range, the
highest feeding precision (usually ±0.02mm), the best stability,
the easiest operation and commissioning, and the highest degree of
customization.
Advantages: The servo feeding precision is extremely high, with multi-stage, long-step feeding
function, the operation and debugging is extremely simple, and the
customization is extremely high (various thick plates and yaw
type), especially suitable for precision machining occasions.
Disadvantages: The cost of the model is higher, and the feeding
speed cannot be too fast (the response time of the servo system).
