DTSL Pro intelligent thermo-hygrometer automatic verification
system is a new self-developed automatic thermo-hygrometer camera
identification verification system developed by Taian Dearto. The
system consists of an intelligent temperature and humidity
calibration chamber, a dew point meter, an industrial camera, a
camera robot and an automatic verification system. The system can
realize automatic unattended verification of thermometers and
hygrometers, supports multi-point automatic temperature control and
humidity control, automatic positioning of thermometers and
hygrometers, automatic photographs, automatic
identification,automatic calculation, automatic determination, and
can be used for mechanical and digital type thermo-hygrometers
automatic calibration.
The system supports three different verification modes, which are
intelligent auxiliary verification, unattended automatic photo
verification and automatic photo identification verification, to
meet the verification needs of different customers.
Intelligent auxiliary verification, the system automatically controls the temperature and humidity of
the verification chamber,monitors the temperature and humidity
value of the verification chamber in real time through the dew
point meter, and automatically makes stable judgments. When the
stability conditions are met, the system automatically collects
etalon data, and then uses multimedia voice prompts to notify the
user to enter the inspected data. After clicking OK, the system
continues to run automatically, and the next time the conditions
are met, it continues to prompt the user to enter data through
multimedia voice.
After the verification is completed, the verification result is
automatically calculated and the verification conclusion is gotten.
Unattended automatic photo verification, the system automatically controls the temperature and humidity of
the verification chamber, monitors the temperature and humidity
value of the verification chamber in real time with a dew point
meter, and automatically makes stable judgments. When the stable
conditions are met, the system automatically controls the camera
robot and the industrial camera to locate each inspected
thermometer in turn, and take photos and archives. When all
verification points
have been verified, the user is prompted to deal with it. The user
only needs to spend a few minutes, enter the inspected data
according to the inspected picture, and the system automatically
calculates the verification result and gets the verification
conclusion.
Fully automatic photo identification verification, the system automatically controls the temperature and humidity of
the verification chamber, monitors the temperature and humidity
value of the verification chamber in real time through the dew
point meter, and automatically makes stable judgments. When the
stable conditions are met, the system automatically controls the
camera robot and the industrial camera to locate each inspected
thermometer in turn, take photos and archive them, and
automatically
recognize the photos, identify the temperature and humidity values,
and automatically enter them into the system. When all verification
points have been verified, the verification result is automatically
calculated and the verification conclusion is gotten.
