The air flow management unit is mainly use for preventing air from

refrigeration efficiency of the machine room. Usually divided into
passive and active mode.
1. passive airflow management unit
Passive airflow management units typically employ passive
components to vary the distribution of airflow. For example, blind
flanges can be quickly and easily installed in EIA - 31019 in.
racks or cabinets with square mounting holes by occupying unused
rack space to facilitate proper airflow within the cabinet and
using a modular, tool-less design.

designed in the form of air flow from front to back, it is
difficult to maintain the desired operating temperature in
laterally ventilated equipment. Cabinet - side air supply units
allow for better safety and construction, allowing cabinets to be
placed side-by-side one after another without preventing air flow.
Cabinet - side air supply units are typically 2u cabinet-mounted
air supply products for lateral air flow between network equipment
or servers. It draws the conditioned temperature and humidity air
from the front of the cabinet and sends it to the airflow inlet on
the side of the network equipment. In this way, the life of the
apparatus is prolonged by supplying the appropriate inlet
temperature.

temperature, monitor alarm conditions, and adjust device settings.
The integrated network management card enables remote monitoring
and control of rack exhaust equipment. This space-saving product is
installed on the back of the cabinet that meets the requirements
and does not occupy mesa space.
( 3 ) front airflow management. Rack front air distribution
equipment is a unique rack mounted fan tray product that is used
with existing precision air conditioning systems to deliver cold
air to equipment within the enclosure. The air distribution
equipment is connected with the movable floor, and the
supplementary air is directly sent into the casing, so that the air
distribution equipment can not be mixed with external hot air
before reaching the equipment needing refrigeration.
The rack air distribution device eliminates temperature differences
between the top and bottom of the enclosure and prevents high
temperature exhaust gases from re-circulating from the inlet to the
enclosure.
For rack enclosures, a rack air conditioning device with a rated
load of more than 1.5 kw is appropriate and can provide airflow at
a maximum of 3.0 kw. If the underground air conditioning equipment
does not meet the requirements of the nearby telecommunication
equipment, the above equipment shall be used additionally on the
living floor.
Iii. cable management unit
Racks and cabinets can accommodate more equipment than ever before,
and this increase in equipment density requires orderly cable
management inside and outside the rack. Poor management of the
cable may not only result in damage to the cable or increase the
time required to replace the cable, but may also impede the passage
or arrival of the main airflow, resulting in degraded equipment
performance or even downtime. These accessories provide suitable
cable management solutions for a variety of needs, from simple
cable management rings, vertical or horizontal finishing panels to
trunking and cable ladders.
According to the function can be divided into the following.
( 1 ) cable ladder. Usually used for overhead cable management
between cabinets, commonly used size has width of l5cm and 30cm. In
practical applications, the cable ladder is commonly referred to as
a pair of use, one for data transmission and the other for power
