Customized Gear-Rack Hydraulic Cylinders With 21 Gear Teeth

 

Ⅰ. Introduction

 
Gear-Rack Hydraulic Cylinders use a pendulum-like design to convert the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder into output torque. The rack-pinion mechanism is designed with a swing angle that varies with its length. In addition, it can reach a maximum angle of 360 degrees. They are primarily used for heavy-duty applications. They are used to transfer high torque to a specific part of a machine. The hydraulic cylinder, or pendulum, is mounted on a stationary arm. A sleeve spindle is positioned on top of the rack to reduce the frock's height. The sleeve spindle, or rack, is connected to the cylinder through a pipeline.
