Then the complete quotation will be supplied; If you agree with it
then we can start to produce and arrange
the shipping schedule.
Q2: I like one design from you, but the size is not suited for my place, can we adjust it?
A: Sure, for all products, the size can be adjusted according to your personal requirements.
Q3: How can you guarantee that the customized one is what I need.
A: Please do not worry. Before producing all of our products will
be draw a 3D draft,
which includes all kinds of detail like a real one. So it won't be any problem.
Q4: For that big size design, is it safe for transport that long-distance?
A: Don't worry. The products will be packaged by the wood carton and the
thickness of the bottom
is thick enough for a forklift. And inside the carton, all of the
surfaces will be covered by foam.
There is a steel strip inside the box also.
Warranty
We offer THREE YEARS warranty for all our products.
Warranty term
1. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure
occurs under normal usage within warranty period, we will provide free/rework new products based on the proof-documents
2. If failure or damage due to incorrect operation, rough handling,
or anything other does not follow our instruction, We will provide
the new products but all charge will be collect by you.
