  • The output and pressure of gaseous product are measured at the battery limit of the plant, and the range of temperature is 20~40℃.
  • The plant can run during the 50-110% loading of the design condition.

Process Description:

 

      Following goes through air buffer CG-2 after the feed air is compressed by 2 sets of compressors GA250 (airflow≥73Nm3/min, pressure≥1.0MPa). After elimination of most oil, moisture and dust in one-stage and two-stage filter, the feed air goes to refrigerating dryer with 75m3 volume, and then it enters precise filter/active carbon filter to be degreased as the residue grease content ≤0.01ppm

      The cleaned and compressed air is fed to the bottom of adsorbing column uniformly by diffusing with air diffuser, oxygen and nitrogen is adsorbed and separated in the column and then the nitrogen gas is fed out of outlet to GAN buffer, the nitrogen production process cost 1 minute for continuous output of 40Nm3/h nitrogen gas with the purity ≥99.3% and the outlet pressure 0.75MPa (adjustable), its dew point -48℃. Finally, it enters GAN process buffer CG-6.
