Description:

  

      The 150Nm3/h feed air from feed equipment mixing with the rewarmed circulating air expanded through liquefier, and about 1000Nm3/h air goes into circulation air compressor to be compressed to 1.0MPa(G).

       The compressed air goes into the boosting end of expander to raise the pressure, and to be cooled under 40℃ in the water cooler, and then it goes into the hot end of main heat exchanger in the liquefier cold box. When it is cooled to ~152K, most air is withdrawn from heat exchange to turbo expander for expansion refrigeration, and the expanded low pressure air with the air from the hot end of liquid air subcooler goes into main heat exchanger from the cold end to cool the drag flow circulating air, and after being rewarmed, it goes to the inlet of circulation air compressor to follow the next circulation.

       The rest air is continuously cooled, liquefied and subcooled in the main heat exchanger, and after it goes out the cold end of main heat exchanger, it goes into the subcooler to be subcooled by the throttled liquid air, and then it is throttled to 0.49MPa(G), by which the product is obtained with subcooling degree of ~7℃.
