DL80 horizontal directional drilling machine is a horizontal
directional drilling device for one machine. here are chassis,
power head, drill rack, power station, vice, hydraulic systems,
electrical systems and other components.
1 ,Chassis
The chassis mainly consists of main frame and left and right
walking device. The rear end of the frame is provided with a
hydraulic support leg
The reducer is selected from Dongming Doosan or South Korea's first
hydraulic planetary reducer (including motors),The output torque is
large and the structure is compact. The use of wire walking,
transition loading and machine adjustment, convenient and safe.
2,Power station unit
The system consists of a diesel engine, a hydraulic pump, an
overflow valve, a hydraulic oil tank, a diesel tank and a valve
block assembly, accumulator assembly and so on.The power station is
powered by a diesel engine and hydraulic pumps are provided for the
hydraulic system
High pressure oil is the core part of the rig.
The engine is powered by Japanese Yanmar

The push-pull device drives the gear rack mechanism through the
motor to provide the feeding force or the pull back force to the
power head,
