Double girder gantry crane with hooks is applied in outside warehouse or railway sideways to conduct common lifting and loading unloading works.
Order notice:
This crane is composed of bridge, crane travelling machnism,
trolley, electric equipment. The frame adopts box-type welding
mechanism. Crane travellilng mechanism adopts separate drive. All
mechanisms are operated in the driver’s cabin. Power supply of
crane adopts cable and sliding wire, select one when ordering.
Filling order specification table and indicate use lowest and
highest temperature and power source.
After-sales Service promises:
Ⅰ. Quality problems of products sold by our company will be solvedas per the"Three Guarantees"system of our company by the "Three Guarantees"service team;
Ⅱ.Related personnel will be sent to the site immediately after receiving quality complaints(by call,letter or oral notice)from clients;
Ⅲ.Personnel involved in after-sales service shall be serious and considerate in handing the problem to make clients crane-free;
Ⅳ.In addition to solve quality problems,personnel involved in after-sales service shall train clients,answer their technical inquiries and related questions free of charge.
Ⅴ.Related cost for products with quality problem will be shouldered by our company.Our company charges for quality problems caused by clients (or problems after the warranty term ),but the charge will not be higher than the expense(or cast);
Ⅵ.Establish the client-orient concept to offer timely,serious,sonsiderate and complete service,and value the image of the all the time to serve the company and clients.
