Corrugated board production line
The complete corrugated board production line includes the
following machines: rolling mill stand, preheater, splicer, single
facer, viaduct, multi-purpose preheater and gluing machine, double
bread dough machine, slitting machine, slitting and stacking
Machine waiting.
The raw paper roll is fed into the roll stand. After being heated
by the preheater and adjusting the moisture, the base paper will
enter the single-sided corrugator, corrugate from this, and bond
with another base paper to become a single-sided corrugated paper.
Then it is conveyed through the roof bridge, reheated by the
multi-layer preheater, glued by the gluing machine, and connected
by the double bread machine cutting machine. Then, continuous
corrugated cardboard comes out.
After cutting and scoring through the slitting machine, and cutting
horizontally through the edge trimming machine, corrugated
cardboards of different sizes are produced. Finally, these
corrugated cardboards of different sizes will be stacked,
calculated and sent out by the stacker.
Heating method: using steam heating.

Advantange corrugated roll:
1. The coating is firmly combined with the substrate to ensure
long-term use of the coating without falling off;
2. The hardness of the coating is high, the wear resistance is
doubled, and the life is linearly extended;
3. The coating thickness is uniform and controllable, which can
ensure the accuracy of the corrugated wheel;
4. The surface roughness before coating can reach ra0.3-0.5um.
After grinding with a special diamond grinding wheel cutter, the
surface roughness reaches and is higher than that of the
electroplated hard chrome roller.
5. With UV-type corrugated design, it can effectively improve
the hardness of the cardboard and reduce the amount of paste and
the waste of core paper;
6. When the corrugated type is used, there will be abrasion in
theory, and the paper output rate will remain unchanged for a long
time;
7. Since the corrugating roller used this machine, the thickness of
the cardboard produced remains unchanged, the printing is always
smooth, and the quality of the cardboard and cartons is stably
controlled;
8. Using special methods to remove the coating, the wheel blank can
be reused;
9. The extension of the service life reduces the frequency of
replacement, and also saves labor and material costs;
