Industrial Spot Welding Machine Introduction
An automatic transformer corrugated sheet welding machine is
characterized by comprising a frame, a chain transmission shaft, a
chain conveyor belt, a width adjusting screw, a welding gun box,
and a welding gun box guide rail; the chain transmission shaft is
connected to the chain conveyor belt and is installed on the frame
The chain conveyor belt has the width adjusting screw; the welding
gun box guide rail is installed perpendicular to the chain conveyor
belt under the chain conveyor belt on the rack, and the welding gun
box rail is connected with the welding gun box.
The clamping device used by this machine is a special alloy steel.
Due to the high temperature of the welding gun, not only a welding
machine with superior performance is required to ensure the normal
welding process. The quality of the clamping device directly
affects the welding effect. The clamping device of ordinary
material is not resistant to high temperature or needs to be
replaced after one stage of use. Because our clamping device is a
special alloy steel, it is made of ultra-high temperature resistant
material, which is more than 5 times longer than the ordinary
material. The result is longer life and greater durability.
