Printing unit:

rollers,the distance between the two rollers drive gear does not change,it can make the
machine with high printing precision,low noise,gear has a long using time.
10. Adopt satellite gear structure,adjust clockwise and counterclockwise phase printing.
11. Clockwise and anticlockwise printing roller phase adjustment is by digital electric,phase motor
controlled by deceleration self-locking motor.When the machine running and stop,can be

12. The functions of “Automatic reset”and “printing plate cleaning memory”enable the machine
quickly to adjust the printing plate to the correct printing position.(“Automatic reset”function is to
clear the printing board,when using this function,the printing roller will automatically run to the
best position to clean the plate.After washing,”plate cleaning memory”enables the printing roller
automatically to return to the position before the printing plate.After clearing the board,it will
save the time to adjust the printing plate.)

13. The ink conveying system adopts pneumatic diaphragm pump ink cup to prevent ink
splashing,stable ink and easy maintenance.There is the ink dust net,make ink more
clear,improve the printing effect.When the machine stops,the anilox roller and rubber roller
can operate independently of the ink transfer to prevent ink drying.
14.The self-locking system is used to adjust the feeding rollers distance,and to fix the distance
between the printing press roller,anilox roller and rubber roller.
15. There is a “printing clockwise and counterclockwise phase”repair device,using the
cylinder,when the units on,when the printing roller phase adjustment,the cylinder will let the
brake unit rolling operation,keep the gear in its original position.
