We manufacture and export Tinned coated Copper Bus Bars. In electrical power distribution, a bus bar is a strip of copper or aluminium that conducts electricity within a switchboard, distribution board, substation or other electrical apparatus
The size of the bus bar determines the maximum amount of current that can be safely carried. Bus bars can have a cross-sectional area of as little as 10 mm2 but electrical substations may use metal tubes of 50 mm in diameter (1,963 mm2) or more as bus bars
For rigid electrical connections, Tinned coated Copper Bus Bars offer a very efficient solution. Resistivity in copper bars i s very low, 25 in^2 bar 1 foot long is only 0.0000329 Ohms – roughly 8 Watts lost at 500 Amps.

Tin-coating applied to the contact surfaces prevents or delays oxidation when operating in high temperatures or in extreme environments for long term usage. Baoge Copper produces and supplies high quality tin-plated copper busbar that improves the jointing surface effectiveness and reduces the electrical resistance of the joint.

For dimension and shape: coordinate measuring machine (CMM), optical profilometry, customized go/stop gauge and other basic tools such as vernier caliper, micrometer caliper and height gauge.
